In addition, this app's face recognition mechanism is used in two ways:

• On-device processing: after you authorize access to your photo library, Google ML Kit performs face detection locally on your device. This process runs entirely on your device and does not send photo data to any external server. Detected facial keypoint data is stored on your device and removed when you uninstall the app or clear app data.
• Server-side processing: when you apply effects involving facial transformation, your photos are sent to AI Makeover secure servers for server-side image processing. AI Makeover processes your photos only on its own servers to generate the result you request and return it to the app.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information (Technical Information)

When you use this app, the following technical information may be automatically generated and collected.

• Device model and operating system version
• Device unique identifier used for user identification and service delivery
• App version information
• IP address and network type, such as Wi-Fi or mobile data

The above information is used only to help us provide effective services. You cannot be directly identified from this information unless your in-app behavior directly or indirectly reveals your identity.

• If you decline, photos will not be sent and AI processing will not proceed.
• Your consent preference is saved locally on your device.

2.6 Data Retention Period

• Original photos and processing results on the server are temporarily retained so you can view comparisons and history, then automatically and permanently deleted within 7 days.
• Locally saved processing results are managed and deleted by you.
• You can delete individual or all processing records in the app. Once deleted, corresponding photos on the server are immediately and permanently deleted.
• We do not permanently store or sell your photos, and we do not share them with any third-party AI service.

3. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

Except for the technical or log data used by the analytics, attribution, and advertising services described below, photos and facial images used for AI image processing are sent only to AI Makeover secure servers (aimiao365.com) and are not sent to any third-party AI service.

• AI Makeover secure servers (aimiao365.com): we process the photos you upload through our server-side workflow to provide core features such as AI beauty, hairstyle transformation, and makeup. When you use these features, your photos are first uploaded via encrypted connections to AI Makeover secure servers and then processed only on AI Makeover-owned servers to generate the result you request. These photos are not shared with any third-party AI service.

3.2 Analytics Services

• Firebase Analytics (Google): collects anonymous usage data, feature usage, and crash reports to help improve the app. No photo data is shared with Firebase.

3.3 Advertising Attribution Service

• Adjust: collects install attribution data, campaign data, and device advertising identifiers for marketing analytics. No photo data is shared with Adjust.

• AppLovin MAX: serves rewarded video ads in the app and may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad delivery. No photo data is shared with AppLovin. Users can choose whether to watch ads.
