• This service is provided via a mobile application.
• Internet connection is required to use AI processing features.
• Service availability may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, updates, or other technical reasons.

2. User Eligibility and Account

3.4 Server-Side AI Processing

To provide AI image processing features, your photos are first uploaded to AI Makeover secure servers (aimiao365.com) and then processed only on AI Makeover-owned servers to generate AI beauty, hairstyle, and makeup effects. Your photos are not shared with any third-party AI service.

By using AI processing features, you consent to your photos being uploaded to AI Makeover secure servers and processed there solely on AI Makeover-owned servers for the purpose of completing your requested task.

3.5 Special Agreement on Facial Data

• Your photos may be processed on AI Makeover secure servers to provide beauty services and are not shared with any third-party AI service.
• Your photos are used only for beauty processing and not for personal identification.
• Original photos and processing results are stored in encrypted form on the server and automatically deleted within 7 days.
• You may request deletion of all your data at any time.

3.6 Content Restrictions

• Do not upload photos of people other than you unless explicitly permitted.
• Do not upload photos of minors if you are not their guardian.
• Do not upload content containing violence, pornography, or hate speech.
• Do not upload content that infringes the copyright or privacy rights of others.
• Do not upload deepfakes that may be used to deceive or mislead others.

4. Usage Rules and Restrictions
